Processed foods (those with added sugar and oil) are significant sources of hidden calories, and could easily be blamed for America’s obesity epidemic. We challenge all to find ways to prepare their foods without these ingredients – no matter what type of food it is, and no matter what type of sugar or oil (including dairy) it is.
